Thank you for shopping with Knotty8 Handmade. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging/condition.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account provided within 7 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at knotty8handmade@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail it to: 56, Jalan Ekoflora 5/24, Taman Ekoflora, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at knotty8handmade@gmail.com.
