All Knotty items are handmade with care and will be shipped within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule, but generally takes 3–7 working days within Malaysia. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Terms & Conditions

1. All Knotty pieces are handmade and some are upcycled, so each item may have slight variations in size, stitching, or fabric patterns. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of your product.
2. Please check your order carefully upon receiving it. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
3. If you are not happy with your products, please refer to https://knotty8.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy for a refund.
4. Knotty is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by courier services.
